Music.......where the hell would I be without it?? What the hell would I doooo without it?!!!! I have quite a personal eclectic collection going on as I like to use music to express what sort of mood I'm in and also for nolstagia.....amazing how one song can take you right back to a certain situation in a certain place with certain ppl!!
Of course, anyone who knows me will assure you my first and main love is BASSLINE....be it 4x4 or bassline house/garage...always been a sucker for anything with a big phat chunky wharper of a b-line hehe! :) RIP UNIT 11 in Wolvez - where it all began for me.
I've got a good 15 yrs on the ol' CV as far as ravin goes!! Bit of a late starter when it comes to mixin...I'm merely a fledgling (altogetha now 1-2-3....Aaaaaaaaaaw!! hahaha) with just under 18 months experience under me belt......basically in the summer of 08 I put meself through Dj Academy and am pleased with my development as in just over 12 months I went from being able to mix a drink and that's it full stop to playing out in Birmingham, UK in Chic, Mint and superclub Air (though not themain room I hasten to add!!)
I have a regular Saturday slot on internet radio station www.innerbassradio.com.
I have soooooo much love n respect for thr Innerbass Connexions team for being so supportive and being how it should be....100% about the love of the music =D Really hoping that 2010 is the year I get my 1st real break and get deejettes on the map in the world of bassline!!!! It's a steep learning curve but hey....when do I ever do things to plan!! loool!! ; If I getcha dancin' in ya livin room or bedroom or whereva....that's enough for me!!! ; ....and if you enjoy what you hear ut would make my day if you would be kind enough to leave some +++++ vybez on my mix downloads!!!
